Reception at Roppongi Hills

The conference reception will be held at Tokyo City View at Roppongi Hills during 19:30 - 21:30. Some finger foods and drinks are served at the reception. Please do not forget to bring your conference badge and reception ticket.
The first bus for Roppongi Hills will depart at 18:40 from the conference hotel. 10 buses will depart at every 10 min until 20:10.

How to back to Takanawa

by bus

The first bus going back to the hotel will depart Roppongi Hills at 20:30. 10 buses will depart at every 10-20 min until 22:30. You can also take a train or a taxi to go back to the hotel.

by taxi

15min, 1000-1500yen If you take a taxi after 11:00pm, they charge you +30% of regular fee.

Conference Banquet

The conference banquet will be held at Hiten main banquet hall in New Takanawa Prince Hotel. It takes 5 min walk from the conference hotel. Please do not forget to bring your banquet ticket.
