Registration is open to join us for UbiComp/ISWC 2025 in person!
Accessibility
We have reserved some budget to support people with special needs. People with special needs should contact the inclusion chairs (inclusion-2025@ubicomp.org) or the general chairs (generalchairs-2025@ubicomp.org) to make arrangements.
Childcare
We have space for kids and the local chairs (local-2025@ubicomp.org) are happy to help with childcare options. People who attend with kids should contact the general chairs (generalchairs-2025@ubicomp.org) to make arrangements.

Discounted Registrations
Discounted registrations are open to individuals who currently live in one of the following economically developing countries. We have followed the approach that the ACM has developed for reduced ACM membership rates. Note that these discounts are available only to ACM members. The following discount categories apply: Category H and Category I.
