Registration

Early online registrations will be accepted up to and including August 23, 2010. Late online registrations will be accepted August 24 – Sept 22, 2010. Online registrations submitted after Sept 22, 2009 will be processed at “On Site” rates.

What is included in the registration?

The following is included and covered by the registration (both full and student):

• Access to the main conference sessions, keynote and demos.
• One copy of the Main (Papers & Notes) Proceedings
• One copy of the Supplemental Proceedings on USB stick
• Wireless Internet access in the conference venue
• Coffee breaks on all three conference days (Sept. 27, 28, and 29)
• Lunch on all three conference days
• Opening Reception (Sept. 27)
• Conference Reception (Sept. 28)

Additionally, Workshop registrants will have access to the workshop program on Sept 26, 2010. Wireless Internet access, lunch, and coffee breaks will also be provided on the workshop day.

Please note that it is not possible to register for a workshop only. Workshops are an integral part of the conference. Registering for the conference only is, however, possible.

Registration Fees

All amounts are in Euros. The registration system only accepts credit cards - no cheques or bank transfer. Students are required to show a valid Student ID on site.

Cancellation and Refunds

Registration made before August 23, 2010 (early registration) can be canceled before the early registration deadline ends, and will be refunded except for registration and payment fees. In RegOnline, these fees are 4 Euros for a registration plus credit card processing fees of 4.95%.    

Registration made after August 23 until September 22, 2010 (late registration) cannot be canceled, but the registration may be transfered to another person. This substitution must be made and registered in the RegOnline system.

Registration made after September 22 cannot be changed.

On-Site Registration and Payment

Please note that on-site registration and payment is also handled through the online registration system using credit cards. Hence, we do not accept payment on site in cash or by cheque.
